The terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Monsterclues.com website are set forth herein and constitute a contract between Monsterclues.com (G3 Ventures LLC), and You as a user of this site. The terms We, Us, and Our, are all used to describe Monsterclues.com (G3 Ventures LLC), its employees, its subcontractors, and its owner. The terms You, Your, User, Participant, Contestant, and Winner, are all used to describe You as a User of this site. The terms of use is referred to as the agreement. Use of this site (Monsterclues.com) is provided to You, subject to this agreement. The terms of use or the agreement may be updated or modified by Us, at any time. By using this website, You agree that You have read, understand, and agree to the terms of use, of this website. This agreement shall have the same force and legal effect, as a written document signed by You. The website will indicate if this agreement is updated or modified by Us. All, if any, updates and modifications will be posted at the bottom of this page, under the updates and modifications heading. Use of this site (Monsterclues.com) after any updates or modifications to this agreement, shall be deemed acceptance of the most current version of this agreement (terms of use).  No modification to the terms of use, made by You, shall be binding upon Us

1. About Monsterclues.com

Monsterclues.com is owned and operated by G3 Ventures. Monsterclues.com is a website designed to promote products and or businesses. There is NO fee payable by You, for the use of the Monsterclues.com website. Use of the Monsterclues.com website is a privilege. There is NO purchase necessary to use the Monsterclues.com website. Monsterclues.com does NOT offer any product or service for sell, to Contestants of the Monsterclues.com website. The Monsterclues.com website is a game in which the User must correctly answer a series of questions, in order to win a prize. One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) User, each game period. Each game period will last no less than twenty-eight (28) days, and no more than thirty-one (31) days. See more about game details on the “How To Play” page.

2. Your Requirements

If You are a prize winner, You are required to grant Us publicity rights, such as the publication of Your name, Your geographical location, Your prize winning amount, and a single photo clearly representing You as a User of this site. In the event You are a prize Winner, You will be required to enter into a separate agreement. This agreement will constitute a contract between Us and You as a User of this site.

3. Prize

Monthly prize amounts are posted on the game board screen. Prior to collecting any prize winnings, a declared Winner must submit proof of age, US residency, and a photo ID. All prize Winners will be contacted by Monsterclues.com via electronic mail address, submitted at registration. All declared Winners will have no more than ten (10) days to reply to a winning conformation email, sent from Monsterclues.com. In the event a declared Winner does not respond to a winning conformation email, the next applicable user shall be declared the Winner. Monsterclues.com does not guarantee that more than one winning conformation email will be sent to any declared Winner.

4. Prize 2 Referral Program

The referral program is offered as an incentive, to award Users of the Monsterclues.com website, a chance to win a prize for the referral of a friend or family member, and is separate from the game prize. Any registered User, who refers another User, who is declared a Winner, will also receive a prize. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) will be awarded to any User, who refers another User, who is declared a Winner. Any user who is declared a Winner through the referral program will have no more than ten (10) days to reply to a winning conformation email sent from Monsterclues.com. In the event a referral program participant does not respond to a winning conformation email, no prize under the referral program shall be awarded, for that game period. See “How To Play” for more details on the “Refer A Friend” offer.

5. Accessibility

You understand and agree that at any time, the site may be inaccessible due to, but not limited to, equipment failure, site maintenance, and or User volume. Monsterclues.com shall no be held responsible or liable for any cause that would result in the site (Monsterclues.com) being inaccessible.

6. Third Party Websites, Products, and or Services

Monsterclues.com may feature products, services, and or content, provided by third parties and Users of the Monsterclues.com website. Monsterclues.com does not guarantee or endorse any product, service, or content provided by third parties or Users of the Monsterclues.com website. Monsterclues.com shall have no liability for any third party provided products, services, and or content, contained on or accessed through the site. Any correspondence or interactions with advertisers, site Users, or any other third parties found on the site, are between You and the advertiser, the User, and any other third parties found on the Monsterclues.com website. All advertisers, and users are and shall be considered a third party. Any external website, linked to the Monsterclues.com website, is and shall be considered a third party. Monsterclues.com provides links to other sites for Your ability in locating clue related information. These sites are maintained by third parties over which Monsterclues.com has no control. Monsterclues.com, with respect to all third party sites, does not endorse or guarantee, any product or service, sold or offered, by any third party site.

 7. Eligibility

To use the Monsterclues.com website, You must be a legal US resident. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. You must not be affiliated or bare any relationship to any employee or subcontractor of Monsterclues.com (G3 Ventures LLC).

8. Personal Information

Any information concerning You, may be used by Us in accordance with the terms of use agreement. All information submitted by You during registration, will be used only to identify You as a registered User of this site.

9. Privacy Policy 

Monsterclues.com regards your personal identifying information as private. You understand and agree that Your personal information will be collected and used for the sole purpose of contacting You. Monsterclues.com will contact You for the following reasons: (1) In the event You are declared a Winner. (2) Lost or forgotten User name and or password. (3) Any correspondence through any Monsterclues.com web mail address. (4) Welcome and greeting correspondence. (5) Participation in the “Refer A Friend” program. (5) Registration conformation. (6) Game updates and game start reminders.

10. Password Login Policy

Restricted portions of this site require a User name and a User password. The User name and User password are created during registration. You will immediately notify Us if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your User name or password. Monsterclues.com reserves the right to delete or change a password at any time and for any reason.

11. Interference or Circumvention

You agree that You will no use any spyware, adware, robot, or spider in an attempt to monitor, track, observe, collect, gather, transmit, or copy any of the User information or data contained in this site. You will not interfere with the operation or administration of this site.

12. Representations

By using the Monsterclues.com website, You represent that You have the right to enter into and perform this agreement. You represent that the information you provided during registration is accurate, reliable, truthful, and current.

13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Monsterclues.com (G3 Ventures LLC) be liable to You. You agree Not to hold Monsterclues.com (G3 Ventures LLC) liable for any reason, including, but not limited to, any matter arising from or relating to this agreement, any matter arising from or relating to the website (Monsterclues.com), any matter arising from or relating to the service provided by Us, any matter arising from or relating to Your use or inability to use the site (Monsterclues.com), any matter arising from or relating to any content, inaccessibility, site changes, unauthorized access, delay, site failure, the alteration of any data, or transmission of any data, data transmitted or not transmitted, data received or not received. You agree Not to hold Monsterclues.com (G3 Ventures LLC) liable for any third person accessed on or through the website (Monsterclues.com). Certain states prohibit the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages. This limitation of liability may not apply to You.

14. Other

You agree that Monsterclues.com is not liable and cannot be made liable for any harm resulting from a cause beyond our control. You agree that Monsterclues.com is not liable and cannot be made liable due to the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment, computer viruses, communication lines, telephone, interconnect, or other internet problems, operator errors, governmental restrictions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor problems, or strikes. You agree that you will not use the Monsterclues.com website to violate any federal, state and or local law. Any User of the Monsterclues.com website, who chooses to purchase a product from a third party, featured on the Monsterclues.com website, shall do so at his/her own discretion. Monsterclues.com makes no attempt to directly sell any product or service. All Users of the Monster clues.com website are responsible for providing and maintaining all software, hardware, electrical, internet access connections, equipment compatibility, and other services or programs required to access and use the Monsterclues.com website. Unauthorized use of the Monsterclues.com website may result in civil and or criminal prosecution. Monsterclues.com may at any time, view, monitor, and record activity on the site, without notice or permission from You. Monsterclues.com will deliver upon request, all collected information concerning You, in compliance with any court order.

This agreement shall supersede any and all other terms of use, including, but not limited to: oral communications between You and Us, electronic mail communications between You and Us, and any written communications between You and Us. The terms of use shall control in the event there is conflict between any oral, written, electronic mail, or any communication other than the official terms of use.

16. Registration Cancellation / Termination

At any time, You may cancel Your registration with Monsterclues.com. Upon receiving a request from You to cancel Your registration, Monsterclues.com will cancel Your registration. All collected data and or information concerning You, will be deleted from the Monsterclues.com database. To cancel Your registration, send request via electronic mail to support@monsterclues.com. Simply say “cancel my registration”. Your registration will be cancelled. After cancellation of Your registration, any prize to which You may be entitled, prior to such cancellation, will be void. You may not collect any prize after cancellation or termination of Your registration. Monsterclues.com reserves the right to cancel or terminate any User registration, at any time, for any reason.

17. Proprietary Rights

All or portions of the Monsterclues.com website are owned by G3 Ventures LLC. You agree not to copy, modify, duplicate, or reverse engineer, any portion of the site, unless Monsterclues.com gives you written permission to do so.

18. Warrantees

Monsterclues.com makes no warrantee of any kind. Use of the Monsterclues.com website is done so at the sole risk of the User. Monsterclues.com makes no warrantee of non-infringement or that the site will meet Your requirements. Monsterclues.com makes no warrantee that the site will be error free, accessible, uninterrupted, or secure. Monsterclues.com makes no warrantee that information, data, or content found on or obtained from the site, is accurate, reliable, free from viruses, or other forms of destructive code. No information obtained by You from Us shall create any warrantee.

19. Third Party Rules and Terms of Use

Any content, website, product, or promotion from a third party, made available through the Monsterclues.com website, are governed by specific rules (Terms of Use) that are separate from this agreement. It is the responsibility of the User to determine acceptance of said rules (Terms of Use). In the event there is a conflict between the terms of use, of this agreement, and the terms of use, of any third party, the third party terms of use shall control, during use of any third party content, website, product, or promotion. This agreement does not intend to create, and does not create, any benefits to any third party.

20. Arbitration

This agreement is made in, and shall be governed by, the laws of the State of South Carolina. You hereby waive any and all rights to claim incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees and cost, and or the right to have any damages increased or multiplied. In the event there is an irresolvable dispute between You and Us and an agreement cannot be reached, said dispute shall be submitted exclusively to arbitration. Said arbitration shall occur exclusively in the State of South Carolina. Said dispute shall be submitted individually by You, and shall not be subject to any class action status. You agree that only actual damages, if any, may be awarded, in association with this agreement.

All notices or correspondence, relating to any portion of the terms of use, shall be sent via mail or any nationally recognized courier to: G3 Ventures PO Box 1178 Lyman SC 29365.

22. Copyright Act Compliance

Monsterclues.com reserves the right to remove any content or material on the Monsterclues.com website which allegedly infringes another person’s copyright, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DCMA). Copyright owners or agents of copyright owners, who believe that any content or material on the Monsterclues.com website, infringes upon a copyright, may submit notification in writing to G3 Ventures PO Box 1178 Lyman SC 29365. When writing to G3 Ventures, concerning copyright infringements, please include the following: Identification of the copyright owner, identification of the content or material believed to infringe upon a copyright, Your contact information, And if applicable, a statement that You are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Your notice may not be valid if You fail to comply with all the requirements.

23. Coupons 

Monsterclues.com does not guarantee the validity of any coupon or promotion found on or in the Monsterclues.com website. It is the Users responsibility to verify the validity of coupons and or promotions, prior to use. All coupons made available on or in the Monsterclues.com website, are believed to be valid. Coupons presented on the Monsterclues.com website are supplied by third parties. Monsterclues.com has no control over the use requirements of third party supplied coupons and or promotions.

24. Site Changes

Monsterclues.com may update or change site content, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, clue questions, clue answers, monthly prize amounts, third party links, coupons, or promotions. Monsterclues.com is under no obligation to notify You of such changes. Monsterclues.com may update or change site format or layout, at any time and for any reason. Monsterclues.com may update or change the terms of use, at any time and for any reason. All updates and or changes, to the terms of use, will be posted at the bottom of the terms of use page, under the heading “Terms of Use Updates / Changes”.

25. How to Play Directions

Monsterclues.com is not responsible or liable to any user, with regard to understanding how to play the game. The how to play directions are presented and made available for Your benefit. Monsterclues.com makes no warrantee, as to the language, order, or understandability of said directions.

26. Prize Disbursements

A declared Winner will receive his / her prize, upon approval, after the User verification process. The User verification process shall take no less than thirty (30) days, and no more than ninety (90) days to complete. The User verification process will start from the time the declared Winner is contacted by Monsterclues.com.

27. Terms of Use Updates / Changes

Winning Policy
User, winner, participant, and contestant are all used to describe you, as a user of this site. All users must be at least 18 years of age to participate. All users must be a legal US resident. Proof of age and residency will be required, to collect any applicable winnings. All winners will be contacted via email. The participant, correctly answering all available clues, in the shortest time, in any given game period, will be declared a winner. One winner will be declared each month.
